"Patio with puddles."

Asked to lay patio, build a hard standing area and re-align wall. Hard standing area and wall tasks completed to a reasonable standard. Laid patio, half completed satisfactorily, step into house uneven and the second half of the patio uneven with result signifcant puddles form when it rains, a particular problem as the puddles are in the direct approach to the step. Andy returned and corrected the step but after 18 months of promising to return. including a visit to check the area to sort out the patio still not corrected and now stopped contacting. I will not be recommending..
